As a back, predominantly a 10 or 13, what exercises and supplements can anyone suggest to increase muscle mass without inhibitin

I'm not prepared to spend masses on supplements, but if there's anything particularly good worth having then please do say.
I don't have much time in the gym, at the most two sessions a week in a fairly limited gym. My fitness regime extends beyond this to one or two runs of about two and a half miles each, per week.
