800m
Im a freshman in high school with a PR of 2:06.96 for the 800m that i achieved yesterday. I am on spring break this whole week so i do not have any school/track, but obviously i will be running on my own. My district meet is on the 18th of april which is in 2 weeks and if i make top 4 in that i qualify for regionals. Should i start to change up my workout so that i peak right around the 18th (i am not guaranteed to qualify for regionals so i want to run very close to peak condition by the district meet). What kinds of workouts should i do all this week while i am on break and next week to start peaking for my 800m race?

8x300m in 45-48sec and 1.5-2 min rest per effort,run 30min steady pace 4:30min/kilometer,3sets of 2x400m in 62-64sec and 5min rest per set and 2 min rest per effort,40min steady pace 4:30-4:45/kilometer.
