what are the exercises i can do to to keep my belly flat?

Hello. First thing to point out, you can NOT have a flat stomach. This is because your stomach is an organ and cannot be trained - sorry, just a pet hate.

Like any body part you need to exercise it from all angles, so a mixture of exercises that include: -

Flexion - crunches, V sits, Reverse Crunch etc
(Hyper)-extension - Dorsal Raises, supermen
Rotation - Russian twists, Oblique Crunches
Lateral Flexion - Side bends

There are some exercises that include all of these such as, woodchops, cable twists, Bike kicks

You should also throw in some static exercises like the plank (front and side) as these stabilise the deeper muscles giving greater strength.

exercise these muscles by forcing them a bit all the day (you must remember all the time), so you go for a flat stomach at every core position while burn fat. You will also work on low back muscles resistance due to this habit.
