Make shift sandbag
I have been thinking abit about diversity with regards to functional training and i am looking for something different. After looking at a few articles about sandbag training i am thinking of giving it a shot. However, instead of a sandbag i already own a heavy boxing punchbag which i could use for core lift rep training. However i dont have the knowledge to put together this type of routine. Does anyone have one or use this type of functional training?? I am possibly looking for 10 or more exercises to put together in a CCT training style routine. Please help!!

many thanks, some useful exercises. my bag is only 55 lbs at the moment so hopefully intime i will increase the weight. cheers

You will soon find that once you get into the sandbag workouts that you`ll be using 110lbs+ in a matter of a month or two..
