This does beg the question 'why'?
If you wish to go up a weight class it will be a case of periodising your training to use hypertrophy training to gain the size and then moving into more strength-power work to ensure you can 'use' the extra size.

As above, i would ask why do you want to be bigger ?? which art do you practice ?? if its a judo/jujitsu art, i can tell you from experience that sheer strength would be more beneficial.
Find 90% of your 1 rep max (weight u can lift only once) and perform 3 sets of 3 reps with 3 minutes rest between. But its an active rest with a superset where you train the opposing muscle group.
So do a Chest press and barbell row
Bicep curl and tricep push downs
Squats and Hamstring curls
I hope you find this more beneficial than a 'building technique'
