Question:
12 weeks of resistance trainig - results
Anyone has any info on how much one would gain in results - for example in bench press - after training 2 times or 3 times per week for a month, two months, three months? What's difference in that one extra training session per week?

It depends. If you only do one chest exercise per workout, you are ok. If you do say 2-4 exercises three days a week....not good.
The training schedule depends on you.
To increase in strength for the bench press, dumb bell presses, incline presses, and dips are good. Even if the chest is your focus, do not neglect back training.

your results will depend on where you started. If you haven't done any bench before gains should be more than if you have been doing it on and off.
