Bodybuilding Techniques to Strengthen my Arms?

What are some exercises I can do to strengthen my arms so that when I flex, you can see muscle outlines.

close grip pull ups (palms facing you)
supination curls
barbell curls
EZ curls

Also think about your technique

As a general guideline:
More weight, less reps = improved maximum strength
less weights more reps = improved muscular endurance

improving your maximum strength also leads to hypertrophy (basically muscular growth) which could bring the definitions in shape you require.

Be aware this comes at a cost of weight gain, which might not be desirable as you're posting in the 'cycling' section

dumbell curls, barbell curls, preacher curls, concentration curls, hammer curls, dont forget the basic compound movements wich are the barbell curls and dumbbell alternate curls.
