Question:

Can I get rid of excess skin?

Last year i lost a lot of weight quite quickly due to health reasons. I have now put sme weight back on but not all of it. I go to the gym 3 times a wek and do cardio, weights and stomach excercises aswell as eating loads of protein. My body Fat is 11.4% (i'm 15 year old male) and want my stomach to be toned.

I look myself in the mirror with my shirt on and think i look toned, but take it off, the muscle's there but is over-shaddowed by the flabby skin. I want to get rid of it by the time i go on holiday in 12 weeks, is this possible and how can i do it?

Forget about notions of being "toned" which is a
meaningless term in this context.

You have muscle as you say. It is almost certainly still covered by fat which you need to lose slowly by exercising and eating sensibly. There is no magic to this process.

You may be someone whose distribution of body fat is such that it accumulates in particular around the midsection and so body fat percentage can be misleading. Some may show abs at 12/13% some may need to go to 10%.

If your problem really is just loose skin caused by rapid weight loss I think that at your age there is every chance that over time it will tighten up.

Final advice. You are still very young and have some growing to do. Work on your fitness and healthy eating. Don't get too hung up about ideal body shape.
