Question:
Can one do weight training with bodyweight training?
Okay. Real deal. I'm trying to gain lean muscle mass and become stronger whilst improving my endurance... Like with bodyweight exercises. I've been thinking of doing a normal muscle building workout in afternoon and then 5 hours later, do a full body bodyweight exercises with max reps, till failure.. Every day exept wednesday, saturday and sunday.

hello there. Resistance training is made up of both weight training and also bodyweight exercises.
If u have various goals i would ALWAYS recommend you concentrate on one at a time. ie, weight loss, endurance etc and make sure u are stepping up on the resistance as u progress. therefore u would go to lose weight/bodyfat, then train your endurance, then your strength. As you train - depending on your diet - you will naturally replace bodyfat for lean tissue.
Bodyweight exercises can be adapted for extra resistance e.g. advance from normal press ups to 'deep' press ups where u hold the bars in each hand. Obvioulsy there is going to be a limit to the extent to which you can go here so i would get into a gym and intricate them all together :)
happy training

Do bodyweight training first so you are used to moving your body with maximum strength and power, then try making those exercises difficult by holding weights in your hands or carrying them in a backpack or waist belt. That would help.
