Yeah, okay don't laugh!! - Vanity is quite underated I think!
My main aim this year is to reduce bodyfat, and move towards a more covermodel type physique, (relative to being a 40yr old of course!).
Starting from a 85-86kg, 13-13.5BF 6FT 1, frame but kinda lean. (male)
Ran a few marathons last year but as I'm studying for REps Level3 personal trainer this year, I want to focus my efforts more on the gym and physique as opposed to events.
Have got quite into Cosgrove/Schuler NEw Rules of Lifting type workouts but would love to hear from anyone with similar goals and ideas on how to achieve this goal. My weak area is typically the torso!
