Bouncing when squatting?
Some of my friends bounce at the bottom of the squat; why do they do it-is there an advantage to doing it this way?

bouncing while squatting is an excellent exercise to built lower limb muscles it comes under pylometrics .

so one can acess all the joints of lower limb to rule out pathology this is called as Quick test
