Question:
Fast muscle twitch?
I train in combat sports and train for reflex actions, I have a lot of drills for fast muscle twitch but now I would like to know about how diet effects muscle twitch and which foods can increase fast twitch muscle growth stimulation. Any info would be appreciated and I thank you in advance.

I think you will be very hard pushed to find an answer to this specific question. I have NEVER heard of any particular dietary interventions that specifically aid fast twitch muscle fibre growth... most probably because that is close to impossible to measure and also because preferential growth of these fibres will come from the training response ellicited.
Eating to promote recovery should be your main goal as well as promoting optimal body composition to allow you to be 'fast'.

There seems to be little that I could find in the littarature on increasing fast twitch muscle fiber. Alcohol has been found to decrease the diameter of fast twitch muscle fibers (likely decrease in strength). from a physiological point of veiw it would seem unlikely diet would effect the conversion of slow twitch muscle fibers to fast. The conversion would mainly be due to demand by exercise of fast twitch muscle fibers. Hope this is of some help.

generally, the muscles must be well lubricated;such as a car engine.the best dietary supplement for this is salmon.

this works well for me.
