I gained 9 pounds in 4 days whilst training, Why?
I am a professional boxer who trained hard for a bout and on the Tuesday made the weight (9st 12 lbs). I then eased off and just ran each day yet come the day of the fight (Saturday) I weighed in at 10st 7 lbs. My diet was the same all through the period. I don't understand what happened. IT's never happened before.

Countless reasons this could be. It is almost impossible for someone to say unless they have been following your nutrition and training.
Did you have to 'make' 9st 12lbs? I.e. did you lower food intake, dehydrate etc?

Did u do some heavy weight training i.e. with high weight (with which u can do a maximum of 12 to 15 repititions). I think a possible reason could be that you increased your muscle mass during this training. And how long did u train.
See you did hard training during the first day, the next three days you did low intensity training by running. I think what happened was that due to the heavy exercise on the first day your muscles were exhausted and grew during the later days.
Like the previous answer this is also a possiblity
