Question:

Does anyone have a challenging bodyweight/core functionality workout?

I have completed the 300 workout numerous times, done the 500 rep workout (good at first) but now its hard to really find a good challenging routine. Exercises such as pullups,dips,band work,free weights etc

how about upping the ballistics of your workouts (i.e the speed of a rep), or reducing the base of support you use for the workout?
How about core stability workouts, they can really challenge once you've got the basics as you can add all of the above you've mentioned whilst on a ball!!!
