Cross Fit training
Does anyone do this type of training? I have found a few routines, this training is hardcore? Some excellent routines i can share if people need. Anyone got any of their own? Good for core strength, power and all over body endurance.





































When i was training serioysly (800mPB=1:54min,1500mPB=4:00min,
3000m steeplechasePB=9:17min),
every Friday i used to do my training on a mountain
with pitch of a slope 10-20% uphill.That means 4 times per month,1st 50 min steady pace(medium intensity) running,2nd 10-15x300-400m at 80-90% intensity,3rd same as the 1st and 4th same as the 2nd.Next day,Sutterday,when the previous training was the 2nd or the 4th I was running on a beach (sand) 40-50 min steady (medium intensity) pace.These two days of training was my favourite.
