Question:
Growth Hormone and sleep
The literature states that as you sleep you release growth hormone which repairs and restores your body. This occurs after roughly 60min of sleep. If you have interrupted sleep i.e. get up every couple of hours will you release more of this?

No, And the most propriate hours to sleep is between 10p.m - 8 a.m,Of course this doesn't mean that you can sleep 1:00 after midnight and wake up at 8 a.m.
