Sauna and Blood volume
I have started using a sauna in an effort to get that acclimatization effect which includes and improved sweat response and increased blood volume. Does anyone have any comments or experience of this?

I know that if you use the sauna enough it will take more for your body to start sweating because your body gets use to the higher temperatures therefore your body has more tolerance to the higher temperatures thus it takes longer for you to start sweating.
