Do you have a specific aspect of your training you wish to improve?

Lunges and the power behind them are very important. Flexibility of you hip flexors is important. Also if you improve your fitness by focusing on running, as a duel can become tiring. Also work on arm power and leg power, introduce some light weight circuits
