Question:

Does splitting up rules help or hurt soccer players.?

Younger Soccer players i the U.S arnt told most rules such as off-sides, half feild punt, and pushing. Does this put more pressure on them growing in the sport? Should they be taught these rules from the beginning.?

Soccer rules develop as the age group increases. From Futsal to 7 a side to 9 a side and finally to 11 a side. e.g tackling from behind is never allowed. however depending on the game, some throw ins (sideline balls)are kicked in and others are thrown in. Good sporting behaviour on the pitch should be encouraged at all times. If your team plays 11 a side then full rules of the game need to be adhered to.
