Are the eas myplex drinks good?
is eas myoplex good for your body does it have any side effects any one tried it yet?

I know alot of people who have tried the Myoplex with very little problem. It is high in protein and contains essential vitamins/minerals. Personally I think there are better supplements, but EAS is a very affordable brand and the taste is really good.
I look at what they put into the supplements such as partially hydrogenated oil or artificial sweeteners. If they have either of those, they are poor quality in my eyes.
I think muscle milk is a better product, and not as expensive. Even cheaper if you by it on Amazon.
