Efficiency of Split training
I would like to know your opinion about the traditional split programs of strength training. imagine a client who train five days per weak and rest all weekend. if he work one muscle group in each day, a week passes before re-train the same muscles. there will be real adaptations of strength gains and hypertrophy? tell me about the experience with your clients.

split training is excellent as it allows extra focus on muscles and also you are performing an active recovery as well. people differ in response to different training programmes so you may react and respond better to a basic push pull legs split if you are starting off relatively light - 2-3 sets 12-15 reps. As you progress you would then portion off a day as a certain body part(s) e.g. Monday = chest triceps and shoulders. Wed = Back n biceps and Fri = legs
