Question:
Foot Pain
One of my clients has a pain on the ball of his right foot, under his one-in from little toe. I am confident it is muscular.
It seems to have got worse over the last few days and is causing him to walk on the inside of his foot, everting from the ankle, which perhaps has something to do with the increase in pain.
Does anyone have any suggestions as to what this could be, and what we can do to rectify the problem?
Many thanks.

Hey Heather,
My suggestions would be the following 1.metatarsaligia with muscle spasm of the surrounding musculature 2. Plantar Fascia problems 3. Morton's Neuroma 4. Stress fracture
If the problem continues i would send him to a sports chiropractor, should resolve quite quickly if joint and muscle, obviously management drastically would change for 3. 4.
Good Luck
