Splits?
I;ve been trying to get my middle splits for around five years! I just can't improve no matter how much i stretch or how much pain my coaches put me through durning splits! Is it possible i just can't do it and if not wat are some good tips?

hi how many times are you stretching in a day?i read somewhere on the net a while back that if you do them 24 times a day every day you will do them in a month but you cant bounce just go to as far as you can untill you can do them
