Question:
How do you choose between sports??
I love both gymnastics and volleyball. It's hard for me to teach gymnastics when im not learning aswell. I've been out for about a year now and i feel week and like ive already lost allot of my skills. But then if i do do gymnastics when volleyball season starts i wont have time to even tryout? Also volleyball is a sport that includes more people and with more colege and university teams.

Hello there. The answer to your question depends on you to be honest. it sounds like you want a social aspect to your training as well as a good programme. why not train for your volleyball and have a number of gymnastics workouts per month. so if you are training four times a week that is 16 sessions a month and have 3 or 4 gymnastics sessions, where u make more of a committment as you are doing it less and also the strength you gain from this will surely help your volleyball.

As a professional sports person. I can relate to your choice as I two loved two sports, but I can say that I spoke with my coaches and they where quite honest with there questions and left me to answer, it did help as I choose the right one and played at a state level.
Qu
1 which sport are you most sucessful at with natural talent
2 which sport do find more athethlic satisfaction
3 which sport do you want to pursue profesionally or socially
4 which sport do you feel more confident in your peformance
I then had to go ask five frends what sport they thought I perfomanded my best.
I was lucky enough to have good coaches and honest friends and at the end of the day I knew which sport I would miss more. So I played netball and swiming became my non competive sport. Rather using it for relaxation and cool down training. I hope this help your decision.
