hey i'm going to rugby trials in two weeks time and i don't know how to prepare myself and i'm going to be playing winger
m 19 years old

Trials all about showing how good you are, so you want to make sure that your fit aerobically, especially playing in a position where speed, and recovery is key. Go out running or rowing machine to build up some aerobic stamina, and possibly do some agility based activities as someone with a great sidestep, or quick at changing direction usually are brilliant at playing in winger, and often first choice.
