If you are after a specific brand I would check out the myprotein range of protein powders. They are good quality, mix well and taste good too.

Protein powders vary in quality and in purpose. !st be sure they have BCAA's and that the leucine has 2:1 ratio to Isoleucine and Valine. from there a blend is ok. But whey is best before and immediately after work outs, and cassiene is best for bed time. Always drink alot of water when loading up.Also, it's good to drink some OJ about 4 oz. when consuming protein after work outs. late .... D
