I go to the gym two or three times a week and work out using weights, mainly working on my biceps and triceps.
When I flex these muscles they look quite large, but are practically invisible when I relax. How can I make my arms look more muscular without having to flex them?

building of learn muscle tissue, requires greater amount of load(weight) and Fewer sets.
repertitions-should be inbetween 4-6, gerater than this will result in muscle fatigue.

have adiqite rest inbetween training days for muscle regeneration.
