Question:

How can i build my flexability up?

i am trying to kick high. i can kick over my head 6 foot 2 but i cant keep it up their for a longer time plz help

improve your flexibility by stretching on a regular basis, at least three times a week. This should include some passive, active and PNF stretches and practicing your kicking so you create 'muscle memory'

You also probably want to strengthen your Hip Flexors, core, and quads.

There's several stretches you can do, maybe make use of youtube. I'd suggest combine it with a running program, not necessarily long distance. But get the muscles nice and warm first, 20-30minutes active and PNF stretching with a static stretch after. Try to exceed the limits but be aware of pain and technique.

yes make sure you do a lot of strecthing and exercises. Try to build some muscles. Remember always warm up
