hey ThaiTazz!! im gonna recommend what work for me... i make a lot of push-ups, pull-ups and running!! why? i think the best excersices are the ones u make with your own weight!! besides, push-ups work out your chest right? so, when u make a punch, the principal muscles used is chest.. u can also use the bench press to do more weight and be even stronger at the moment that u punch and fight!! is important to work out your shoulders to so they dont get tired in the middle of the fight!
running is really good, to keep u calm and with a good respiration in the moment of fighting, besides that, your legs will get stronger and u will last longer in the fight
take care, and remember, fight only for a good cause, dont fight just to prove u can do it!!

hello. working out is very important. but most important is to be in harmony with your body.understand your body structure, what u think you are good at and what you think u are not so good. then practise your fighting moves alone and try to adjust them to your own specific body type. becoming better at aspects your are not so good is acceptable, but BECOMING PERFECT AT THE AREAS THAT U SEE U HAVE SOME ADVANTAGE OR AT LEAST U CAN DO THEM BETTER THAN OTHER IS A MUST AND WHAT (I THINK) U MUST CONCENTRATE ON.
