If you want to take the stress off your ankle, or reduce it whilst you train, you could try water based cardio, so swimming, or you could always hit the rowing machines at the gym, brilliant cardio, and shouldn’t be too bad on the ankle. But like anything take it steady and build up so its comfortable on the ankle.
