i am so thin that even my parents joke at me. i wanna eat healthy & remain healthy.

You can remain fit by eating healthy and exercising.

The same principles for fitness apply to thin people as they do to larger people, you just have to make sure you are getting enough calories in.

If you are looking at increasing lean body mass, then you'd need to tailor your nutrition accordingly along with the appropriate resistance training exercises.

if you are ectomorph eating having a unhealthy diet is unliky to make you put on a substantial amount of weight anyway.
A good way to keep healthy and try to increase you body mass would be use weight training rather than cardio.
If you are desperate to gain weight, protein shakes do work, i have two friends that have taken these and they are really strating to pile on the beef.
