From Duncan on our Facebook page:

'I'm sorry but 1 week to prepare for a fitness test is not enough time to improve physical strength or lose weight safely. Preparation, both mental and physical needs to be gradual and progressive.'

it is a to short time to train for but you can still eat properly until that day then carb up the night befor. start eating whole grains with a low fat diet then remember to eat as much veg as you can and have 5 fruits a day if you eat more than 5 you might get the sh*ts lol. Just dont expect it to improve your fitness that much.

if you start training as well then try to get the right amount of protein as well. The way i do it is i take my body weight in pounds and take away 10 then thats how many gram of protein i eat a day.Thats proble the wrong amount but the main point is to eat more protein.

1week is not enough time to achieve so many goals in such a short period.
focus on on diet high in protein and goodsources of fat from avo, flaxeed, olive oil and nuts.start to carb up and load with creatine 3days prior to your test.as far as your training goes stop training 2days before your test.
goodluck
