Do you mean in 1 an a half months (6 weeks?)
You need to use up roughly 3500 calories to burn 0.45kg. So you'd need a calorie deficit of 7,000 to lose around 1kg.
Therefore you need to be aiming at weekly deficit of 7,000 if you wanted to lose 6kg in 6 weeks. That's achieveable.
Spinning and interval training are great calorie burners. (around 600 per hour for spinning)
