Look for communities to train you.
It's not something you need a specialist to instruct you with.
Get some information online and train carefully. I repeat. Train carefully.
But to do it one only needs access to technique instruction.

You can find good tutorials like this on youtube. Be thorough in your technique. Do not move to a higher level unless you have MASTERED the first. You will most likely injure yourself if not immediately over time.
