How to recover from pains (from excercise) quickly?
I have re-started my training session. I previously used to play Cricket but for around a year have been lying in my couch. Soon I realised I was messing up with my body but as I re-started my training I started feeling tired and painful. I feel de-motivated to get back to the fields! Kindly guide me!

What you're experiencing is called DOMS or Delayed Onset of Muscle Soreness.
This is a typical reaction of the body to a change in physical activity, in your case, the return to training.
While there is no concrete explanation of why this occurs it appears more prevalent on eccentric movement based exercises.
Some methods to reduce or alleviate these symptoms are to gradually increase your activity instead of trying to go back to where you used to be all at once. Once you are sore, the key is to KEEP moving. Typically lower intensity exercise seems to help take the edge off of the soreness.
Yours in movement.

Warm down after exercise to ensure you get the lactic out of your muscles, then ensure you stretch also afterwards
