Rugby is the one sport that traditionally accommodated most body types. You,did not include your physical attributes, but the easiest way to address this is to look at the athletics events you enjoy the most.If you favour the sprints, have good hands,a slight build and a taste for open spaces, then go for wing, fullback and centre. If you are slight in build, have the kick of a donkey, have decent enough upper body strength for javelin and discus plus the ability to see daylight between tacklers, then flyhalf is for you.Add the latter skills to 800-1500m running, the flexibility of an eel and good hockey/squash wrists, then you can go for scrummy.Your front row forwards do not necessarily have to be great, bumbling oafs as stereotype would have you believe, but explosive upper body and leg strength as your weight lifters, shotputters have.Add to the latter combination an explosive spring and more than average height and you may try for lock. Finally,if you thrive on your own initiative, have the build of a greco-roman wrestler and enjoy middle distance running, consider flank and eighthman.Hope i was of help to you.Enjoy your rugby as i did.

open side breakaway to play this spot you need speed but this speed when tackling will give you power and always aim for the knees
