Question:

I got a pain in my elbow joint while doing a javelin throw, now what should I do?

I practice javlin throw. last week i got a jerk on my elbow joint. My elbow moves easily if i stress to something slowly but if i try to pull a thing quickly it smashes lot of pain what should i do to get rid of it and to avoid it next time help me out please??

If the pain has lasted a week and hasn't settled I'd suggest you consult a local health care professional who has experience in sports injuries. Often s few simple stretching and strengthening exercises will be enough to get you back on track but it's always good to get an expert to take a look.
