I have good core strength and would like to challenge myself with some
I am a rugby coach with a team of player and I want to find a way to analyse their strength and weaknesses. What tests do you recommend?






Power- Vertical Jump
Strength- 1 RM Bench Press and Leg Press
Endurance- Sit up and Push up in 1 min
Stamina- Beep Test
Flexibility- Sit and Reach
Speed- 40 Yard Shuttle Run
