Question:

im cautious how to get train thanks 4 your advice but

im in an advance level im doing 4 sets 12 -10 with 80% of my powers for every exercise or 4 sets 12 -6 with almost 100% of my powers. can i combine this period that i want 2build up my upper body with interval exercises ?look what imean im doing shadow boxing (fight alone in the air)with 1 -2,5 kg in my hands 2-3 min ,3 -8 sets .what u thing that will delay me to build it up ?
