I'm trying to lose 1lb everyday. What are the best exercises and diets to follow to do this?
I weigh 150lbs and I'm 5'2'. I need to lose some weight to perfect my dancing, running and gymnastics. I want to lose 40lbs- 50lbs in two months tops!






You'll need to create a calorie deficit of 3500 calories to lose a 1lb. Therefore to lose a 1lb a day you'd need to create a deficit of 3500 cals a day which is not possible unlesss you exercise pretty much all day!
Why not aim for 1-2lbs a week, much more realistic a goal?
