Interval Training for Triathlon's
I recently moved to heavy interval training during my CV workouts. An example would be (for treadmill) 10 mins warmup, 3 x 90 secs at 3% incline with 3 min recovery between, 3 x 60 secs at 5% incline with 2 min recovery and 3 x 30 secs at 7% incline with 1 min recovery combined with speed increase of .2 KPH between each rep. Does anyone have any other sort of training plan that I could try...?

Hi Grumpy
This is what i inject every week into my trianing log.
15mins of warm up jog follow up with stactic streching.
Interval:
Location: Stadium 400m track.
3 sets of interval.
Each sets consists of 3 reps of 400m at 90% effort.
each rep resting of 1min.
Inbetween set-1 and set-2 resting time will be 1min 30sec.
Inbetween set-2 and set-3 resting time will be the same as above.
As for effort follow your heart rate.
