Is the nerve recovering/healing?

I've lost ankle dorsiflexion ROM (range of movement) . last Nov. i had nerve reconstructive surgery to the medial plantar nerve that was cut by accident from the previous surgery to repair torn peroneal tendon tear in my ankle. . It's been almost a full year!!!! Does anyone want to comment on the expectation of nerve reconstructive surgery and ankle joint ROM?
