I was just wondering if you have knowledge about SEVERE overtraining...and how to come out of it, if its possible even after few months of rest??
To me, if you overtrained to much you need to rest. Rest until your body feels it's okay to start excersing again. It is mainly up to you to make the decision whether you feel better after a few months.
If you do start to train again, start little by little. Don't over stress your body again that you have to take a few months off.
