Half Marathon, full effort
I have just done the SHAPE half marathon (Sat 12 Apr) and had a fairly good run, it took me 1 hr 35 mins and came 16th out of 300 runners. Has anyone taken a supplement called 'NO XPLODE' whilst running these long distances. I got quite bad stomach cramps about the 8 mile mark and above and it really slowed me down? But this supplement is fine when i do CCT training or crossfit as it gives me great energy and focus???

Hey, good time. Remember always read the label of what you drink and eat, specially if we can have a lot of "inerts" in our sodas, energetic gels, etc, please check:
