What is the best way to train for a judo tournament?

Our matches are 5 minutes long with no breaks, up to 8 matches in the tournament. I am trying to find the best exercises to get us ready for the tournament. This includes explosive movements, high endurance, raw strength to lift own body weight or move own body weight. Short bursts of speed and strength are key and flexibility must be maintained.

body circuits. sprint jog at lamposts for at least 5 miles.extreame cycling 50-70m per week. need to do chins and handstand pressups!!!!!!!!
