Question:
Medial knee pain and adductor's sore after running, any HELP!
I've had Rt medial below the knee pain (Pes anserine) since July when I was training for an IM and doing alot of hill work on the bike, has improved some but still bothersome, also after my runs both adductors are sore for a day or two, I can actually feel almost a tugging on the pelvis on the rt side, same side as knee problem, any suggestions would be appreciated as I'm training for another IM and would like to make it there this time. Hate to start training with existing pain. I've tried time off, PT, deep tissue massage, strengthening, focus on core area and abductors, stretching. Not sure what else to try or why my adductors are so sore after running.

I would go and see a sports chiropractor, have a full examination to find out the cause of the problem.

Sounds like your problem might be from your low back or pelvis, or maybe your feet could be the underlying problem causing the symptoms in your medial knee since your previous treatment has not been successful.
I have seen quite a few patients with medial knee pain as a result of a pelvis prolem which resolves with chiropractic treatment.
Good Luck
