Question:
Bean sprouts vs canned/prepared beans
How do bean sprouts (such as mung, chickpea, lentil, kidney sprouts) compare nutritionally to the mature seeds like canned beans or prepared beans? I know that calorically per cup for example the sprouts are significantly less... but do they still contain the same important minerals and nutrients that the beans do? Or in less quantity due to also the lower caloric value? Can one just have the sprouts (but possibly in bigger amounts if required) instead of the beans?

Technically, sprouted beans are more nutritious than canned beans. But then again it will depend on who is eating this. Depending on your blood group, food categories change values from being *good* to *bad* to *neutral*
