Overtraining
Hello,
I read your story on the forum about OST. I believe I suffer from the same thing as you. I dont know what to do.
It became so bad that I can no longer work, or train. I have absolutly no energy, despite all my blood and physical tests normal. I have been resting for 3month, I'm slowly feeling better but still. Any activity will make me tired.
I wanted to know if you had recovered? and how you did it please?
I posted a more detailed post on the forum about my condition.

HEY, THIS WILL SOUND CRAZY, BUT TRY TO MAKE A COLON CLEAN, TRY TO MAKE A DIGESTIVE SYSTEM CLEANNING! VERY PEOPLE DNT DO THAT AND THATS WHY THEY FEEL TIRED AND DIZZY!! REMEMBER, YOU SHOULD ALWAYS BEGIN FROM THE ROOT OF YOUR PROBLEMS...TRY THAT, HOPE THAT WORK... AND INVESTIGATE MORE ABOUT IT!!
GOOD LUCK MEN!
