Question:

Pain relief for tennis shoulder & elbow (see below)

Cure for tennis shoulder and elbow or at least pain control.
Must continue playing so over 2 or 3 days rest is maximum.
What medications reduce intensity of a type of tendonitis?

fast and for most you take rest. use ultrasonic therapy about 7 days. if pain is not improve then use local steroid injection with analgesic. if again not improve or cure , go for surgical treatment.
i hope it helps you.
thanks.

You may find some relief with deep tissue release of the local elbow muscles.

As well, it would probably be a good idea to look into starting an eccentric exercise program to remodel the tendons of the elbow along with a shoulder control program to improve the function of the muscles of the shoulder blade (serratus anterior, rotator cuff, lower fibres of the trapezius).
