Preparing for shoulder surgery?
I am scheduled for shoulder surgery-how should I get ready for this?

For seven days leading up to the operation, use a small bottle of phisohex from the chemist to rinse the affected shoulder like liquid soap and wash it off throughly. Make sure you have no allegry to Phisohex though
